This year has been…a lot. Between navigating a pandemic, uprisings around racial injustice, thoughts on the impending election, work and family woes, and the many losses we’ve suffered as a community this year, finding time to prioritize wellness has been extremely difficult. If you’ve fallen out of your regular routine, you’re not alone. Many people have had to make adjustments to maintain sanity and structure. However, we know that health and wellness are truly important parts of our lives that cannot be overlooked for long.
